Wet end exhaust: Reduce the humidity and heat load

by

wet endThe wet end of the paper machine produces most of the heat and moist air leaks into the machine hall. Thus the wet end exhaust plays a key role as far as the machine hall air flow dimensioning is considered.

Product

TM Systems wet end ventilation system is based on knowledge of different paper machine wet end configurations as well as on theoretical calculations of evaporation and air movements around moving fabrics.

How it works

Our ventilation system evacuates water vapour evaporated at the forming section. This guarantees good working conditions and protects the machine hall from deterioration and corrosion. The exhaust air unit can be silenced to meet the most stringent noise emission regulations.

Suitable for

TM Systems has designed and delivered wire section exhaust air systems for many different types of paper and board machines.

Benefits

  • Runnability is improved
  • Productivity is improved
  • Paper quality is improved
  • Humidity and heat load from the forming section is reduced
