Mondi Syktyvkar HVAC: Less condensation, better working conditions via HVAC

24.04.2016 by Teija Laakso

mondi syktyvkarCase: Mondi Syktyvkar, Russia. HVAC for Pulp Dryer Building.

Goals

To improve the machine room ventilation in the pulp dryer building and in the control room. To prevent condensation on the inner roof especially during cold winter months with temperatures lower than -35˚C.

Solution

HVAC and false ceiling ventilation systems for the pulp dryer building and the control room.

How it works

The machine hall supply and exhaust air ventilation system maintains optimal indoor temperature and ensures that  relative humidity remains at the desired level. False ceiling ventilation prevents condensation and dripping onto the machine and process.

Qualifications

TM Systems is a familiar and trusted supplier to the mill. We have the required know-how to deliver well-performing HVAC systems in extreme northern weather conditions.

Benefits

No quality problems caused by condensation. Good working conditions for personnel, machinery and electrical devices. Longer lifetime expectancy for building and equipment.
